By request of the Chief, the player will have to beat it in a duel in order to lift the lockdown.
If the player decides to visit the prison in New Domino City then, instead of finding the Chief as usual, they instead encounter a Guard Robot which has placed the facility under lockdown. Accessible by the Final Chapter of the Story Mode.
